We have five gorgeous spaces at the Morrison Hotel for you to chose from whether it be for a couple of casual last drinks, a cocktail party or a formal dinner with Brisbane's best steaks on the menu.
The sit down dinner menu is guaranteed to satisfy with the added bonus of being able to purchase a beverage package as well. Whilst the cocktail platter menu ranges from your party classics (pies and sausage rolls) to the gourmet platter that features some of our signature entrees.

THE PIANO Room
The Piano Lounge has a warm, intimate and exclusive 1920's feel. This room is perfect for hosting private Cocktail or Banquet parties. With two base themes available to choose from. Have the curtains closed for an elegant boudoir feel or open for a cheeky 1920's Art Deco inspired wallpaper.
Capacity: 80 Cocktail or 50 Banquet Style
Facilities: Private space, Crowd DJ, TV, Microphone
A range of corporate seating styles are available, such as Theatre, Boardroom and U-Shape.

ORIGINAL FIASCOS
The Original Fiascos with its stain glass windows & gorgeous artwork that flows throughout the room creates a unique space for your event.
Capacity: 60 Banquet Style
Facilities: Semi Private Space with Bar, Crowd DJ, TV's, Microphone & AUX Compatibility
MANHATTAN LOUNGE
The Manhattan Lounge represents the best of the New York 1920's Art Deco style. This space is fully exclusive, situated on the second level of the hotel. This includes its own Amenities & Bottle Bar.
Capacity: 100 Cocktail or 55 Banquet Style
Facilities: Private Space with Private Bar, Amenities, TV, Microphone & AUX compatibility

THE PATIO
The Patio is located on the side of the hotel and has a garden inspired feel to it, and has full access to the main Lounge Bar. Perfect for cocktail and banquet events.

Facilities: Outdoor Space, Semi-Private, Weather Protected, Heaters Available.
